At SalesGenius, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital products that empower real estate agents to forge authentic connections. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we strive to make the refund process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only available if explicitly stated on the specific product purchase page.If the product purchase page does not include a money-back guarantee, refunds are not available.Upon approval of a refund, all access to the digital product will be immediately revoked.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate the refund process, please email info@salesgenius.co with the subject line "Refund Request."

Refund Method & Fees

Refunds will be issued via our third-party payment processor. A non-negotiable 4% fee will be deducted from all refunds.All payments are made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and issued.

Exceptions

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.No refunds will be issued for purchases that do not explicitly state a money-back guarantee on the product purchase page.

Your eligibility for any guarantee is contingent upon meeting all specified requirements, which may include but are not limited to: completing onboarding processes, maintaining active and approved third-party accounts (such as advertising platforms or business pages), providing necessary materials within requested timeframes, and following our recommended implementation steps.

Technical prerequisites outside of our direct control (such as account suspensions, platform policy changes, or failure to maintain required third-party services) may nullify guarantee eligibility without affecting your payment obligations for services rendered.

Time-specific guarantees begin on the date specified in the offer details, typically following completion of onboarding or campaign launch, not necessarily on the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to determine whether qualification requirements have been met for any guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the guarantee offer. This policy applies to all current and future guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
